She earned her bachelor’s degree in social work from Brigham Young University-Idaho, followed by a master’s degree in social work from Idaho State University. Kayli integrates various therapeutic modalities, including person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and strength-based therapy to support her clients on their healing journey. Inspired by her personal journey of mental health challenges and adversity, Kayli embraces a holistic approach to therapy, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, perinatal mental health, unhealthy relationship with food and/or body, and building meaningful relationships/breaking generational dysfunction. Kayli has a unique ability to empathize with clients in a way where they feel seen, felt, and heard. As a mother herself, Kayli is in the trenches with you and has a deep understanding of the unique challenges and joys that accompany motherhood. She looks forward to working with you on your journey towards holistic healing and growth. Kayli is a devoted wife and mother who finds joy in family life. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys indulging her passions for baking, reading, and going on leisurely walks.
